$20/$15 for MNHS, DCHS and Friends of the Sibley Historic Site members

Have a drink with friends while learning about Minnesota history in the beautiful setting of the Sibley Historic Site. A new topic will be offered each month.

In June, learn about the monuments and memorials that the Daughters of the American Revolution have erected across Minnesota to commemorate state history. Faye Leach, DAR state regent and author of the book Historic Markers Monuments and Memorials: Placed by the Minnesota Daughters of the American Revolution, will present on the history of these monuments and preservation efforts.

Doors open at 5:30 pm, and the presentation begins at 6 pm. Light food and one drink ticket will be provided with each paid admission for ages 21 and up. This program is presented by the Dakota County Historical Society.
