The Chinese-American Experience in Minnesota was made possible by a generous grant from Sit Investment Associates.

This online resource is an abridged version of the exhibit shown at the Minnesota History Center February 23 - June 1, 2003.

The exhibit was developed as a companion piece to a documentary film, Becoming American: The Chinese Experience, produced by the noted filmmaker and commentator Bill Moyers, which premiered on public television in March 2003.

Mr. Moyers previewed the film and spoke about its development to an audience at the History Center on Feb. 24, 2003.
