Picture Story: Albany milling equipment on the move

This packer received flour from the bin above it and fed it through a nozzle into a sack and then automatically stopped when the sack reached a specific weight. An employee stood at the packer to weigh the sacks and sew the top closed. A flour packer that funneled flour from machines above into sacks

Other equipment, including motors and pulleys, that were once used in flour milling remain unused in the building that still produces livestock feed.
