• Many of these records may be restricted for 50-75 years from date of last entry; submit an Application and Use Agreement for Access to Restricted Records on Individuals form to use restricted records

    • Convict Registers, 1854-1902, which were discontinued in Nov. 1902, and beginning with inmate number 900 information is found instead in the Convict Record
    • Convict Record, [1902]-1915, which was replaced by the inmate register sheets in Sept. 1915
    • Inmate Register Sheets, [1915]-1978, took the place of the convict record beginning with inmate number 5,033 in Sept. 1915
