Evening Schedule
6 p.m. Guests arrive and check in on Level 1. Guests will be escorted to tables on Level 2 by our welcoming hosts.
6-7 p.m. Guests enjoy conversation with each other and Dan Chouinard, and pre-dinner drinks at the bar.
7 p.m. Dinner is served (see menu below)
8 p.m. Guests finish dinner, and proceed to 3M Auditorium for Mambo Italiano! with Dan Chouinard and friends.
9:30 p.m. Show ends.

First Course: Large Leaf Romaine Caesar Salad with Asiago Parmesan, Crusty Breadsticks & Fresh Whipped Butter
Entrée: Baked Mostaccioli with a Savory Napolean Sauce, Fresh Basil and Aged Parmesan Cheese
Dessert: Chocolate Mascarpone Torte with White Chocolate Shavings, served with Starbucks Dinner Coffee & Hot Teas
