Corn - Beyond the Cob

Discover the foolproof way to boil corn, then experiment with different cooking methods, recipes and ingredient combinations - from soup to salsa, fritters to muffins.
Cooking Classes explore various cooking techniques and the flexibility of seasonally available ingredients. Participants will cook and sample a variety of dishes from sweet to savory, to appetizer to dessert, and take home printed recipes. Classes are held in the visitor center's Learning Kitchen.
A minimum of six participants is required to host the cooking class.
