This fine press book, nominated for a 2002 Minnesota Book Award, incorporates pages of a found ledger listing names of women and the dues they paid with photos, pieces of vintage fabric, and quotes from women writers. The brochure announcing publication of this book says: "…Bart commemorates the lives of generations of anonymous women at the heart of the fabric of modern America."
