SCOPE AND CONTENTS OF THE COLLECTION

The records are dominated by minutes of the predecessor organizations: Minnesota Dairy Industries Committee, American Dairy Association in Minnesota, Minnesota Creamery Operators' and Managers' Association, Dairy Records Publishing Company, and Dairy Processors, Inc. A large set of photographic negatives document the promotional activities of "Princess Kay of the Milky Way," an industry symbol and spokesperson.
