Minutes of meetings include those for the annual meeting and the executive council. They may also include numerous committee reports (e.g., ethics; membership; intermediate sentence and parole law) and notices, programs, ballots, and similar material relating to the meetings of the Ramsey County Bar Association and the Minnesota State Bar Association.

Correspondence and miscellaneous records may include additional material on constitution and bylaws, statistics, and minutes of meetings.

Correspondence (bulk February 1926-January 1928) is routine in nature, containing information on conventions, legal clinics and seminars, meetings, social events, speaker arrangements, membership dues, committee appointments, and similar business and activities of the association. Also of interest are records pertaining to the association's support for the election of judges (1934-1942); information on Congressional legislation relating to judicial salaries (undated); and proposed fee schedules (February 17, 1938).
