Haw, and which apparently fell under the purview of the Northern Pacific's Traffic Department. There are also speeches by Haw on agriculture-related topics, particularly reclamation and irrigation of western lands.

Correspondents include Northern Pacific second Vice President J. M. Hannaford and Vice President-Traffic James G. Woodworth; company agriculture expert Thomas Shaw; Professor James B. Hedges of Clark University (Worcester, Mass.); J. L. Coulter, president of North Dakota Agricultural College; and George Livingston, director of the American Institute of Agriculture (Chicago). Some of the files are from the office of Vice President-Traffic and its predecessors.
