Miscellaneous records of a local chapter of the Minnesota State Bar Association. The collection is organized in two series: Correspondence and Miscellaneous Records (undated and 1932-1942) and Memorials to Deceased Members (1928-1935).

Most of the correspondence is for the period February 24, 1926 through January 2, 1928 and is routine in nature, containing information on conventions, legal clinics and seminars, meetings, social events, speaker arrangements, membership dues, committee appointments, and similar business and activities of the association. Also of interest are records pertaining to the association's support for the election of judges (1934-1942); information on Congressional legislation relating to judicial salaries (undated); and proposed fee schedules (February 17, 1938).

The Correspondence and Miscellaneous Records series also includes the constitution and bylaws (1926); lists of officers and committees (1925, 1937-1942); ethics committee reports (undated and 1927); membership committee report (1927); intermediate sentence and parole law committee report (1926); statistics on the disposition of cases handled by the St. Paul Municipal Court (1925); minutes of Annual (1926, 1927, 1935) and Executive Council (April - December 1927) meetings; and notices, programs, ballots, and similar material relating to the meetings of the Ramsey County Bar Association and the Minnesota State Bar Association (1934-1942).

The memorials to deceased members are arranged alphabetically in three folders.
