<p>The International Longshoremen's and Warehousemen's Union (I.L.W.U.) Local 215 (St. Paul, Minn.) was formed by warehouse workers at Montgomery Ward in August 1941 with help from warehouse workers at Sears in Minneapolis.  </p>
