SCOPE AND CONTENTS OF THE COLLECTION
Minutes and records of donations to the Jewish Relief Committee, founded in Eveleth, Minnesota in September 1915 for the purpose of raising funds for Jewish war sufferers. Also included in the volume are minutes from an October, 1920 meeting of the Eveleth Zionist District followed by a record of dues paid and pledges to the Palestine Restoration Fund. The relationship of the latter organization to the Jewish Relief Committee is not clear.
