			<head id="a3">SCOPE AND CONTENTS OF THE COLLECTION</head>
			<p>Typewritten and photographic copies of miscellaneous papers relating to fur-trader
				and explorer, Daniel Greysolon DuLhut (Duluth). Included are a copy of a manuscript
				signed by DuLhut at Michilimackinac (1861), in French; copies of a Last Will and
				Testament and inventory of the estate of DuLhut (1709, 1710), in French;
				translations of the will and inventory of the estate and a handwritten translation
				of the Sealing of the Goods of Mr. DuLhut (1710), in English. Also included are
				copies of four items, in French, relating to DuLhut and a banquet given in his honor
				and in honor of the city of Duluth by the Rotary Club of St. Germain-Laval (1954).</p>
