There are two indexes: one for the Declarations of Intention, another for the Final Papers and the Petition and Record. The cards in each index are arranged in alphabetical order by surname and given name. The Declarations of Intention are indexed by volume and declaration number; the date of the declaration also is given. The Final Papers and Petitions are indexed by volume and petition number; the date of the petition is also given.
