Braham School. Organized in 1900 as School District No. 56 of Isanti County; sometime prior to 1957, it became Joint Independent Consolidated School District No. 56 of Isanti, Pine, Kanabec, and Chisago counties. On September 6, 1957, it became Independent School District No. 314. Begun with a four-room school built in 1902, a partial high school program was added in 1911, a new building was built in 1923, and by 1924, a four-year high school program was part of the curriculum.
