Containing correspondence, memoranda, legal documents, and related papers, the majority document cases involving fair campaign practice regulations. Apparently most of the cases went to court. Also, a set of advisory opinions (1974-2007) issued by the board on the requirements of the Ethics in Government Act [Minn. Stat. c10A] and the Hennepin County Disclosure Law [Minn.
