               <p>“Map of Babcock Plan for a Trunk Highway System in Minnesota,” published by the
                  Minnesota Highway Improvement Association, Inc., to support an affirmative vote on
                  Constitutional Amendment No. 1 creating and funding a state trunk highway system.
                  Accompanied by two brochures (photocopies) presenting facts about Good Roads
                  Amendment No. 1, and a printed copy of the bill submitting the amendment, which
                  consists largely of a description of each route.</p>

                  the verso is a lengthy list, by city, of hotels and summer resorts, noting their
                  distance from the [train?] station, number of guests that can be accommodated, and
                  rates per day and per week.</p>
