Included in the records are bylaws and articles of incorporation, concert programs and posters, fundraising materials, financial records, membership guides and rosters, board and annual meeting minutes, historical materials, lobbyist registration forms, newsclippings and news releases, newsletter, photographs and video recordings, and correspondence. The latter includes details of event and practice schedules, trip arrangements, recruitment, European tours, and Komro's communication with band members.
