The personal property sections additionally give the post office address and the valuations of various categories of personal property, including household goods and furnishings; personal possessions; agricultural products, animals, and machinery; manufacturing and business products and other property; and privately owned structures on leased public lands.
The assessment rolls for some years may include data on tree bounty; grain received in or handled by elevators, warehouses, and mills; assessment of moneys and credit; real property exempt from taxation; and changes made in the valuation of real and personal property.
Each entry gives the owner's name; school district number; type of property (household, homestead, agricultural, business); and the property's total full, assessed, and equalized valuations. The real property sections additionally give the legal description of the property and the values of acreage, structures, machinery, and other items, including homesteads, non-homesteads, and timberland.
Arranged by year. Within each year arranged alphabetically by civil subdivision (township, village, city).
