                        Some of the cards may be from
                        the Minnesota Sex Offender Program [MSOP] which was created in 1993 to allow
                        for the institutionalization of sex offenders after they had finished
                        serving their prison sentences.</p><p> Researchers should check all three sets as it is unknown if they duplicate each other.</p>
