Its objectives were to: reform the way the state purchases goods and services; consolidate state construction codes oversight; reform and strengthen management and operations of the state's information technology infrastructure; reform state licensing of individuals and businesses, including increased electronic licensing and a "one-stop" licensing shop on the internet; reform the way the state manages its buildings; and reform the way the state manages grants by implementing common procedures. Included are reports, executive orders, newsletters, and related materials.
