The record of surface/squatter leases include such information as dates of issuance and expiration of each lease, lessee's name, lease number, legal description of land, and rental rate. The squatter department reports are itemized lists, prepared quarterly, of income received from the leases, specifying location, name of lessee, rental rate, amount due, amount paid, and trust fun into which the money received was to be paid.
