                other as of 1978. Each contains annotations that record any subsequent changes in
                the status of a parcel. Parcels patented prior to 1978 were eliminated from the
                later set.</abstract>

            <p>Information that may be recorded includes certificate number, date of sale,
                purchaser, address, railway right of way, highway right of way, lot number,
                subdivision, section, acres, price per acre, timber or imp., amount of sale, unpaid
                balance, interest paid to [date], reoffered, tax status, last appraisal, fund (see
                below), sale recommended, lease, state forest, lakeshore, and explanatory
                remarks.</p>
            <p>For each county there may be abstracts for some or all of the following types of
                trust fund lands: school lands, indemnity school lands, swamp lands, agricultural
                college lands, internal improvement lands, university lands, public building lands,
                subdivision school lands, transferred school lands, and rural credit lands.</p>
