Files include constitutions, minutes, membership data, correspondence, and other records of organizations including the Bishop Gilbert Hall Guild, which sponsored a boarding home for girls; the Church Club of the Diocese of Minnesota; the Church Extension Society of St. Paul and its predecessor the City Mission Society of St. Paul, which supervised parishes in that city; the Church Sunday School Association; the Department of Missions; the Bishop Seabury Mission; the Seabury Divinity School; and other groups.
Individual files are arranged in alphabetical order within larger files, which are also arranged alphabetically.

The church club was a laymen's organization to promote fellowship and stimulate support for the church. Typed copies of addresses by Hugh L. Burleson (Bishop of South Dakota), S. Harrington Littell (Hankow, China), and Elizabeth Matthews (Ohio), and introductions.
This group was organized in 1908 to unite St. Paul clergy and laymen in "extension and support" of the church. Records include articles of incorporation, treasurer's reports (1915-1925), a history (1920s), information on Lenten services (1923-1933), minutes (1913-1937), and miscellany of this society organized to assist and supervise parishes.
Minutes concentrate on support of missionary stations and services in St. Paul, with some mention of other educational and charitable works. Volume 71 includes copies of articles of incorporation and bylaws.
