History Center Rental: Great Hall
The Great Hall encompasses the building's open spaces,
from the sweeping Rotunda to the columned corridors. Large terraces off the Great Hall, furnished
with garden benches and coffee tables, are ideal for warm
weather gatherings.
The Great Hall
is the perfect setting for special dinner parties, cocktail
receptions, wedding ceremonies and receptions, and dances.
The Great Hall second level can accommodate 300 for a sit-down
dinner, and 450 for a reception. It also has an intimate
feeling that makes dinner parties of 50 to 75 feel right
at home. Combining the second and third levels, up to 500
can be seated for dinner while up to 2,000 can be accommodated
for receptions.
The Great Hall is available for rental between 6:30 p.m.
and midnight when the building is closed to the public.
