MEDIA ALERT: Free Admission Sunday at History Center for Museums May
May marks the second annual Minnesota Museums Month, which honors our state's 500+ museums. To celebrate, the History Center will be offering free admission all day. Guests can explore the exhibits "Minnesota and the Civil War," "Then Now Wow," "U.S.-Dakota War of 1862," “Minnesota’s Greatest Generation,” “Open House,” “Grainland,” and “Weather Permitting,” plus shop in the gift store and have lunch in the History Center Cafe.

New this year, the Minnesota Association of Museums and the Minnesota Historical Society are offering a free Minnesota Museums app for iOS and Android, that will direct users to the more than 500 museums statewide.
