FLOOD DAMAGE RESOURCES
With as many as 1,500 homes in southeastern Minnesota affected by flooding, the Minnesota Historical Society has updated its emergency response web page with new information about recovery of items damaged in floods.
This information can help anyone who is facing the loss of personal items such as photographs, books and personal letters due to water damage. Many, if not most, of these items can be salvaged if acted upon quickly.
For more information contact the Society's Conservation Outreach Program at 651-259-3388, 1-800-657-3773 or email conservationhelp@mnhs.org.
