Minnesota Museum of Mining receives grant of paint to rehabilitate mining equipment

George Catlin visits Nicollet County Historical Society
David Geister portrayed noted 19th-century painter George Catlin recently at the Nicollet County Historical Society in St. Peter. The program was reported in a story in the Mankato Free Press.

IMLS Museums for America Grants
Museums for America is the largest museum grant program of the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS). Grants, ranging from $5,000 to $150,0000, strengthen a museum's ability to serve the public more effectively by supporting high-priority activities that advance the institution's mission and strategic goals.
