Final Reports If your organization has an outstanding, overdue Minnesota Historical and Cultural Grant, it is imperative that you submit the final report TODAY! We need to close the books on Fiscal Year 2011 this week. Unspent funds, including retainage on mid- and large-size grant awards, must be returned to the State of Minnesota. Organizations with open grants will be disqualified from consideration in future grant cycles.
