Addressing Common Design Review Issues Another podcast from Preserve Minnesota 2011, the Statewide Preservation Conference. Some design issues show up over and over again, but that doesn’t mean the reviews get any easier. One recurring issue is determining if changes to a commercial building have acquired significance and if so, how they should be preserved. Presenters: Audrey Tepper, National Park Service, Washington, D.C.; Natascha Wiener, SHPO senior design reviewer.
