If you plan to send a representative to present your proposal, please RSVP to Melinda Hutchinson. Grants Program Forms The Grants Office occasionally updates the forms used by the Minnesota Historical and Cultural Heritage Grants program (Scope of Work, final report form, in-kind reporting, etc.) and replaces the old version with the new online.
