Minnesota Historical & Cultural Heritage Grants | | Final Reports As your organization wraps up its Minnesota Historical & Cultural Heritage Grants (Legacy Grants), keep in mind that the final reports you complete must be uploaded to the grants portal. The Grants Office can no longer accept paper reports. Materials for final reporting include: The Grants Office has received a number of reports on the State Capital Grants-in-Aid form for the Legacy Grants. Please be sure that you are using the correct form(s) for reporting on your grant project. If you have questions, contact the Grants Office or Melinda Hutchinson, 651-259-3459. Photo: Construction of addition, Autumn 2012. The Kandiyohi County Historical Society Museum is now open as construction on its new multi-purpose room addition is nearly complete. The floors in the depot and research room was recently completed. “They have been refinished and look beautiful,” said Jill Wohnoutka, direct of KCHS. Also completed is its newest display, "Kandiyohi County and the U.S. Dakota War of 1862." “We welcome everyone to come and visit us,” said Wohnoutka. The museum is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. |
