Garrett Knudsen

Field Note

Ramsey County Historical Society recently announced the hiring of Garrett Knudsen to carry on the work Ted Lau had accomplished for so many years at the Gibbs Museum of Pioneer and Dakotah Life. Staff transition is always a significant milestone to mark with retirement parties, hiring processes, and introductions. Historical organizations probably more than other nonprofits also take time to record oral histories with long time employees to preserve institutional memory and history.
