WWII Screening and Reception
In observance of Veterans Day
and the 60th anniversary of Kristallnacht, Center for Holocaust and Genocide Studies,
University of Minnesota and Jewish Historical Society of the Upper Midwest present
a screening of "The Ritchie Boys" at the Minnesota History Center in St. Paul, Thursday November
12, 2009 at 5:30 p.m. Free. Hear the story of young men who fled Nazi
Germany, trained at Camp Ritchie in Maryland, and returned to Europe to fight
the war in U.S. uniforms. |
