More Workshops Added "Writing a Better Grant Application" is a new workshop offered by the Grants Office staff. Learn to write strong project descriptions, establish compelling need and rationale, craft meaningful measurable outcomes, and articulate enduring value and sustainability in order to increase your project's competitiveness.
- Webinar: Friday February 12, 10 a.m. Registration ends today!
- Workshop: Wednesday February 17, 9 a.m. at Hormel Historic Home, Austin. Register by February 15.
- NEW! Workshop: Thursday February 18, 2 p.m. at Lakeside Ballroom, Glenwood. Hosted by Pope County Historical Society. Register by February 16.
- NEW! Workshop: Saturday February 20, 10 a.m. Deluxe Classroom II, Minnesota History Center, St. Paul. Register by February 18.
- Workshop: Friday February 26, 10 a.m. at Lake of the Woods School, 1 mile west of Baudette on Highway 11. Hosted by Lake of the Woods County Historical Society. Register by February 22. Refreshments available for $5/person.
The workshops are free, about an hour long, and include time afterward to discuss your project(s) one-on-one with grants staff. Register by emailing the Grants Office.
Final Fast Track Deadline for 2010 The last Fast Track (small grants) deadline for fiscal year 2010 will be Friday February 26, 2010. Fast Track grants are expected to resume with a Friday May 28, 2010, deadline for fiscal year 2011. Contact the Grants Office with questions. |
