Help the American Association for State and Local History take over St. Paul on September 17-20, 2014. Here's the plan -

Phase I: propose a session by November 15, 2013.

Phase II: watch for an opportunity for Minnesotans to get a scholarship by applying to the Minnesota Historical and Cultural Heritage Grants program on either January 10 or April 11.

Phase III: advance American heritage in St. Paul next September with a superior force of history professionals.

Let's make history, people!

This week German hero Hermann left his perch on the New Ulm Denkmal for St. Paul's Highland Park Water Tower. It's OK, both are listed in the National Register of Historic Places!
