Don't let the 2014 American Association for State and Local History meeting be the "conference that got away." Record attendance for AASLH is 1,155 in Atlanta in 2007. Minnesota is all about records and records are meant to be broken, so do your part to make this a record-breaking conference by proposing a session and/or attending this once-in-a-lifetime meeting in Minnesota! Mark your calendars as AASLH will be in St. Paul, September 17-20, 2014

For those new to Minnesota, the 1958 "Big Fish" muskie from Bena in northern Minnesota is consuming lunch at Mickey's Diner in St. Paul. Watch for more of Minnesota's Larger Than Life rock stars to visit St. Paul ahead of the AASLH conference.
