Spotlighted Project: Historic Structures Report for Valley Grove Historic Site
The project retained a qualified professional architectural firm to prepare a Historic Structure Report (HSR) for the Valley Grove Historical Site, which includes two churches: a stone church built in 1862 and a wood church built in 1894.  In the National Register of Historic Places, Valley Grove is listed as a site of two historic churches facing each other. This site is now surrounded with an additional 52 acres of protected land through an easement which assures the site from any future development.
