Brownie Girl Scouts Through the Years, 1st-3rd
Have you ever wondered what snacks girls used to eat, or what early television commercials look like? Come to Mill City Museum and find out! Earn the Brownie Girl Scouts Through the Years Try It while participating in several hands-on activities about the 1950s. Bake a snack in the baking lab, watch commercials and sing jingles, make and wear hats like those worn by women who worked in the mill, and play card games in our hour-long program. After the program, stay for a while to learn about power in the water lab and to take the Flour Tower multi-media show.

Due to the nature of this program, girls or adults with severe food allergies should not attend.

Please see your council's (Greater Minneapolis or St. Croix Valley) 2006-2007 Program Guide for program dates and times or to book.
