Kitchen Garden

The kitchen garden satisfied the vegetable needs of the family for the entire year. Hotbeds, cold frames and succession plantings all helped extend the harvest. This one-acre garden is planted with vegetable, fruit and flower varieties grown by the Kelleys and other Minnesotans over 130 years ago.
