Scheduling a Field Trip

Scheduling Office

To schedule your History Center field trip, contact our Scheduling Office at least two weeks in advance of your visit. Scheduling Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 to 12 p.m. and 1:15 to 4 p.m.

Field Trip Options

  • Museum-Plus Package field trips may be scheduled Tuesday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
  • Museum Package field trips may be scheduled Tuesday through Friday between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m.
  • Programs are also available by special arrangement on weekends, Tuesday evenings, and during the summer. Please contact the Scheduling Office at 651-259-3400 to request a program outside regularly scheduled hours.
