This man had been vaccinated for smallpox years ago, but still contracted the disease.



Roomer in the home of the orig-
inal undiagnosed case. Vaccinat-
ed successfully as a baby in Scotland, i.e., about 23 years
ago. Not vaccinated since.
Mild attack as a consequence.
Is a fair sample of the mild
smallpox which we found in
persons previously vaccinated
no matter how long berfore.
