Articles for publication must be writ-
ten on one side of the paper, and ac-
companied by the name of the writer
in full. The name will be withheld
from publication if so requested.
All subscriptions of members of the
W.C.T.U. should be sent with the
dues to the State Treasurer, Mrs. Della
R. Mandigo, 1784 Carroll St. St. Paul,
Minn.
Subscriptions of friends who are not
members of any union may be sent di-
