Fanny Brin
(1884-1961)
Raised in Minneapolis, Fany Brin devoted her life to four main causes: democracy, world peace, Jewish heritage and women's rights. She supported the United States' membership in the World Court and the United Nations and often expressed her belief that "Peace is a condition of the survival of Democracy, therefore Democracy must find a way of guaranteeing peace."
