I GREAT NORTHERN RAILWAY COMPANY.

Out of 415 cases where employes of the Great Northern Railway Company A railway company owned by James J. Hill. had been subjected to from $3.00 to $5.00 deductions Subtractions. from their wages, ostensibly Supposedly. to pay interpreters, I have straightened out or have in process of settlement some 300 claims. Cases of errors or cheating. The total amount of these claims was $4,000 odd, and the total amount, so far, secured in settlement and to be secured by actions pending is about $3,000. I herewith submit a partial list of the claims, trusting that it will be sufficient to give you a general idea of their nature:
