Minnesota Individual and Multiple Property Inventory Forms

The following are the necessary documents/components and reference materials for completing the Inventory Forms.

Minnesota Individual Property Inventory Form

This inventory form is used to record individual resources. Instructions for the completion of the form are provided in the Historic and Architectural Survey Manual.

Minnesota Multiple Property Inventory Form

This inventory form is used to record historic districts and groups of related resources or complexes. Instructions for the completion of the form are provided in the Historic and Architectural Survey Manual.
