Looking Deeper Walking Tour

Join us for a one-hour walking tour at the historic fort. Learn about the archaeology, research, and sources that were key to the work of restoring Historic Fort Snelling and the continuing study of materials that allows us to talk about the 10,000 years of history and the people who lived and worked at the site.

The tour begins at the fort's front gate and is offered at 10:00 am, 10:30 am, 11:00 am, 11:30 am, 12:00 pm, 12;30 pm, 1:00 pm, 1:30 pm, 2:00 pm, 2:30 pm, and 3:00 pm.

The visitor center will be open with displays, grab-and-go refreshments, and museum store.

Tours are rain or shine.
