Training/Experience: Ms. Koski received her B.A. in Anthropology with distinction from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities in 2014, and her MSc in Zooarchaeology with distinction from the University of York, UK in 2019, with her dissertation awarded "Best in Class." Other relevant training includes receiving her Professional Certification in Geographic Information Systems in 2016, and completing bioarchaeological training in human remains excavation and analysis from Durham University - Transylvania Bioarchaeology Progam in Romania in 2016.
Notes: Ms. Koski provides general archaeological services including research, fieldwork, lab work, and technical reporting with specialties in Zooarchaeology (identification and analysis of animal remains recovered from archaeological sites), and utilizing GIS for cultural resource management purposes including geostatistical analysis, interpreting remote sensing data, geodatabase creation for mapping and management of cultural resources, and cartography (adept with both QGIS and Esri products).
