Company Information
Contact: Guy Wojtowicz (Vice President/Site Foreman)
Year Established: 2006
Specialties: Plaster & Stucco Contractors
Training/Experience: Started plaster tending at the age of 14, learning the proper mixtures for the different types of plaster and stucco. Went through the apprentice program for being a lather (Local 190), understanding the different types of substrates and reinforcements needed to adhere the plaster/cement. Have worked with architects, engineers and designers on various projects to maintain the original look of each historical building.
Notes: Even though the business started in 06, the two main owners, myself and my brother have been in the plaster/stucco industry for 40 plus years. We have worked on many of the buildings in downtown St. Paul (mainly the Burlington Northern and first National Bank) being careful in preserving the integrity of the original construction. We have worked on the Faribault House in Mendota, repairing and replacing some of the interior plaster. At the time of all these projects my brother and I were main owners of another company: Scandia Stucco, along with my dad who was a master plasterer.
